All startups in the UACI network go through a structured program that takes them through a continuum of education provided by mentors, advisors and community collaborators. UACI also provides access to service providers, industry cluster groups, interns and connections to potential customers and strategic partners.

Since 2013 UAVC has been making investments in disruptive technologies that are born in research laboratories overlooked by Silicon Valley, and we’ve found there is no shortage of product. Our history begins by successfully collaborating with the University of Arizona, where we have spun out fourteen businesses and successfully exited four. Collaborating with UArizona’s tech transfer office, we developed a model for identifying and investing in world-class scientific discoveries and brilliant technology breakthroughs. Our fund exists to ensure these breakthroughs reach the masses and have the greatest impact possible.
