Desert Angels welcomes accredited investors who want to help early-stage companies succeed. As a member, you’ll gain access to a curated pipeline of investment opportunities and connect with like-minded professionals who share your passion for innovation.

Our members collaborate by reviewing startup pitches, sharing insights, and investing in high-potential ventures. Whether you’re new to angel investing or a seasoned investor, we invite you to join us and make an impact.

Note on Eligibility

Membership is limited to accredited investors under SEC guidelines, including individuals who:

• • Earn $200,000+ annually (or $300,000 jointly)
  • Have a net worth of $1,000,000+ (excluding primary residence)

Membership Levels

Active Membership – $2,300

• • For SEC-accredited investors who want to invest time in the angel investment process and gain in-depth experience as an angel investor
  • Full voting rights and investment privileges.
  • Commits to 12-20 hours a month in Dealum activities, including deal reviews, voting, screening due diligence, etc. 
  • Access to all deal flow, member meetings, documents, and due diligence.
  • Invitation to exclusive investor events and networking opportunities.
  • May bring a guest to two in-person meetings per year. The guest fee is $100 per meeting.
  • Must commit to investing at least $10,000 a year, averaged over each 3 years.
  • May invest through a Supporting Member SPV.

Supporting Membership – $3,300

• • For accredited investors seeking a limited-time commitment.
  • Full voting rights and investment privileges.
  • No time commitment to working on Dealum activities
  • Access to all deal flow, member meetings, documents, and due diligence.
  • Can attend meetings, view deals, and participate in due diligence.
  • May bring a guest to one meeting per year. The guest fee is $100.
  • No investment requirement.
  • May invest through a Supporting Member SPV.

Emerging Membership – $1,500

• • For new or aspiring angel investors with limited or no prior investment experience.
  • No investment requirement.
  • Must be an accredited investor to make investments.
  • May participate in Dealum activities.
  • Attend meetings and receive mentorship. May attend in-person dinners by paying a $100 guest fee.
  • May bring one guest to a live meeting per year (subject to a $100 fee).
  • May invest via SPVs when eligible as an accredited investor.
  • Must convert to an active or supporting member within two years from enrollment in an Emerging Membership.

Sustaining Membership – $400

• • For past investors in Desert Angels portfolio companies who want access to information on their prior investments.
  • Dealum access is limited to deal updates related to prior investments.
  • No voting or investment privileges.
  • Access to social events when invited
  • May bring a guest to one social event per year, when sustaining members are invited. Invitations to social events are subject to Guest fees.
  • May participate in SPV investments (as invited),
