All active and invested deals were migrated from the prior platform including all supporting documents and references. Dealum represents a state-of-the-art web application with a solid database backend. The platform allows the configuration of an easy-to-navigate deal flow management “funnel” process. This allows for deals that are offered by any startup, early-stage, and growing SMBs for consideration for angel funding. The platform also facilitates the sharing and syndication of deals among multiple angel organizations and groups to improve well-qualified offerings’ effective circulation.
