We are pleased to inform you that the Angel Tax Credit program received additional funding from the State. We will be able to authorize $2.5 Million in tax credits each fiscal year for the next 10 years. Because this is new funding, it will be available to the ACA to authorize the FY22 amount beginning on 9/29/2021. This means investments made on or after today, July 1, 2021, can be used to apply for credits. We will open the application on September 29, 2021 and you must apply for credits within 90 days of your investment.
Credits will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis beginning on September 29.
