How ROI technology helped Phoenix PR agency add $700,000 in revenue

Phoenix marketing and public relations agency Serendipit Consulting has added $300,000 in annual revenue from its PR division over the past six months thanks to some new software.

Serendipit is the first agency to beta test Phoenix-based IrisPR’s Performance PR program, which helps agencies make more accurate measurements of their return on investment for clients’ campaigns.

About 27 percent of Serendipit’s overall annual revenue of $3 million comes from its PR business. The firm has an additional $400,000 in annual PR revenue in the pipeline to close in the next 30 to 60 days.
