What Does it Mean to be a Desert Angel?
Desert Angels welcomes membership applications from Accredited Investors who intend to be active in investing in the venture asset class and seek to identify and invest in the companies of their choice. We expect our members to support our portfolio companies with more than their investments, leaning in to help the portfolio with introductions and advice as well as bringing new members and venture-led opportunities to the network. We require members to fully understand and support our Vision and Our Mission Statement.
When accepted for membership in Desert Angels each investor signs and agrees to abide by our membership agreement which requires them to abide by defined obligations and expectations.
Expectations of Desert Angels members include:
- To represent Desert Angels and our portfolio companies with dignity and respect.
- To provide proactive support to our portfolio companies and our partner community.
- To understand and support the Desert Angels’ vision and mission statements.
- To maintain the utmost confidentiality of the information that may be gained via your membership in Desert Angels.
- To monitor and strive to avoid potential conflicts of interest.
- To actively engage with other members and our ecosystem and syndication partners through virtual and in-person participation at Desert Angels’ events.

The process is very simple.

- Verify that you meet the requirements on this page.
- Select a Membership Type – click here to see our Membership Types
- Click the Become a Member button on the Membership Types page to go to and complete the Member application – this will both make your application to become a member of Desert Angels AND grant you a no-cost personal deal room hosted on the Dealum application platform.
- Submit your list of investment preferences and areas of subject matter expertise.
- The link to this form will appear on the page that appears when you submit your membership application.
- Pay your first year (partial years are pro-rated) membership subscription dues.
- You will be automatically invoiced by our accounting system when your membership application is accepted.
